Sovereign Bank is seeking results-driven, customer service-oriented individuals to create an environment of coaching and mentoring on the teller line in addition to operational accountability for the branch.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Join fellow tellers on the line to assist, coach and mentor in the processing of transactions
- Encourage and lead the team to promote and refer Sovereign Bank products and services to meet the financial needs of individuals and small business customers in the communities we serve
- Comprehend bank regulatory and audit procedures and ensure that bank policies and procedures are monitored
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• High School diploma or equivalent; college preferred
§ 3-5 years of related experience in customer service, banking and leadership
