A top-performing fixed income asset management organization with over $1 billion in assets is seeking a talented individual to head up its business development efforts.

                Duties at the Boston-based firm include the ability to understand and communicate the firm’s fixed income philosophy and techniques, establish long-term consultant and direct firm relationships, and provide market feedback to firm management. Duties include general research, market analysis, identify and analyze new business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

·         Exceptional presentation and communication skills

·         5 years experience in the area of asset management business development

·         Detail and goal-oriented

·         Demonstrated, positive results in asset raising

·         Proficient at excel and excellent modeling skills

·         Bachelor’s degree required, but graduate degree preferred
