Procurement Administration Role




  • Contract Management Support / Supplier File Administration
    Maintain contracts file
    Update as required
    Advance, notifications to Buyers
    Administration
    Track documents to ensure documents are current to procedure
    Facilitate contract process
    Support Buyers
    Verify checklist
    Coordinate with Legal and Internal Users
    NDA /CDA Process
    Work with buyer/internal business customer and Patent Dept. to implement NDA/CDA agreements prior to sharing of information with potential suppliers
  • Quarterly Business Review Support
    Schedule meetings with Buyers
    Facilitate meetings with Buyers
    Maintain minutes and track actions and follow-up
  • Purchasing Card Support
    Support buyer with monthly reconciliation
  • General Admin Support
    SAP eProc order processing back-up
    Coordinate SAD forms and as needed by Buyers
    Solicit and collect completed self supplier surveys as needed by Buyers
    Confirm Savings tracking sheet updates with Buyers
    Generate monthly Purchasing KPI report
  • Supplier Diversity
    Maintain Supplier Diversity Excel Tracker on Livelink
    Work with buyers to get completed Small Disadvantaged Business Self Certification Forms completed and filed on Livelink
    Other diversity activities - TBD




Position Requirements:

 

 

  • MS Office
  • SAP eProc experience preferred
  • Highly organized
  • Min 5yrs experience
