Clinicas Del Camino Real, Inc. has been providing quality primary and preventative health care services to the residents of Ventura County since 1971. 

Clinicas Del Camino Real is currently seeking two full-time Health Center Managers  for our Newbury Park and Santa Paula Health Center.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Health Center Manager will be responsible for directing front office and other clinic unit operations at the assigned clinic. 

The position will be responsible to plan, direct, organize and implement office procedures for the efficient day-to-day operations of the Clinic. The Health Center Manger is responsible for orienting and training staff members including instructions in functions unique to the unit; reviewing appointment scheduling, deposits, and superbills daily.  The Health Center Manager will also be responsible for following and enforcing Clinic policies, monitoring entire Clinic’s operations and performing other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate’s Degree (AA or AS) is required, however, a Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA) in business is preferred.


• A minimum of two years office experience is required in the following areas: front office medical receptionist work to include: medical billing, scheduling systems, filing systems (numerical and alphabetical), patient tracking and medical record keeping systems.


• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
