Health Economic Analyst Sr

Description:
This position is in support of the TRICARE Management Activity Contract Operations Division. The incumbent performs duties including but not limited to: QA audits on selected claims to ensure external auditor accuracy. Oraganizes materials, desseminates reports, and tracks timelines related to all quarterly and annual claims audits, performs ad hoc analysis of claims data including but not limited to error code trending analysis and data mining. Conducts research pertaining to ongoing and past claims audits for Contracting Officers and other TMA personnel as needed.

Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of Excel (and/or Access), Data mining and analysis experience, claims auditing, claims processing,research skills, excellent organizational skills, good communication skills, writing skills, ability to produce complex reports and to formalize conclusions and trends, Strong analytical skills. Strong MS Office application skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines. Claims
