Qualis Health is applying for Federal funding to provide Idaho and Washington healthcare organizations with technical assistance related to the selection, implementation, and use of electronic health records (EHRs). There will be two openings: one in Seattle and the other either in Spokane, WA or Boise, ID. Please indicate your preference in your submission.
What you’ll do:
You’ll hire and manage a technical team who facilitate the selection, implementation, and meaningful use of electronic health records (EHR) by healthcare organizations. You’ll develop and oversee work plans and deliverables, set expectations and assign tasks, and monitor and report on progress. You’ll establish and implement policies and procedures, training programs, and quality assurance. You’ll also serve as a technical subject matter expert and help the team to assess and resolve challenges to achieving goals and deliverables.
What you bring:
You have at least five years of project management and/or quality improvement experience in health care (including at least three years of experience with the adoption and use of EHR) plus a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field. You also have at least two years of management and/or supervisory experience and external consulting experience. A background in primary care, consulting, and/or CPHIMS is strongly preferred.
