Health Insurance Sales Specialist

Due to an increased national need for individual health insurance we are searching for outgoing phone sales specialists to help grow our organization.  We have a flexible work schedule (9:00 am until 12:00 midnight M - F and 10:00 am until 5:00 pm Sat./Sun) with the ability to change your schedule from week to week as well as a casual dress code.   

We are looking for driven, persistent, aggressive, sales specialists who sound professional over the phone.  Must be able to provide the highest level of customer service while closing sales on the phone.  Build and maintain a strong customer base and continuously increase volume.  This position involves pitching health care policies and finding the best solution for their needs to customers who have made an inquiry for our health care services.  Sales leads will be provided, no cold calling required.

Qualifications: High energy, hard working and money motivated individuals who are also looking to have fun in their career.  Team players who are able to thrive in a fast paced, pressure orientated environment.  Deliver an effective, proven sales pitch once trained.  Ability to obtain a Michigan Health Producers license.  We will provide you with the guidance needed to accomplish this.
