The Health & Public Service operating group serves health organizations, government agencies, institutions and nonprofit organizations worldwide providing a broad range of consulting, technology, system integration and business processing services.

Service Delivery professionals are responsible for providing service delivery across the breadth of offerings such as accounting, information technology, application development and maintenance, helpdesk services, procurement, learning and training, and human resources. The work that is performed by our delivery professionals may serve one or more clients concurrently and they may be located directly at a client site or within our global delivery network.

The Identity & Access Management Specialist will be primarily responsible for designing and integrating SOA security capabilities with Identity Management solutions such as centralized Directory Services, user provisioning, and access control / authorization engine.

Key responsibilities include:

Design and implement strong authentication, encryption, and digital signature capabilities for users, systems, or devices accessing client systems or services
Design and implement delegated administration for client stakeholders to manage their own users
Design and implement access control policies and rules for granting access to client resources
Design and implement auditing capabilities for directory services and provisioning technologies

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

3 years experience designing and implementing enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions
1 year experience with public-key cryptography

Preferred Skills:

Ability to understand functional needs and translate them into Identity and Access Management solutions
Experience with Layer 7 XML Networking Gateway, or similar product (IBM DataPower, Vordel XML Gateway, etc.)
Experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite
Experience with integrating applications and services with a directory services providers such as Microsoft Active Directory
Experience with implementing security solutions for the U.S. Federal Government
