The Health & Public Service operating group serves health organizations, government agencies, institutions and nonprofit organizations worldwide providing a broad range of consulting, technology, system integration and business processing services. 

 

Service Delivery professionals are responsible for providing service delivery across the breadth of offerings such as accounting, information technology, application development and maintenance, helpdesk services, procurement, learning and training, and human resources. The work that is performed by our delivery professionals may serve one or more clients concurrently and they may be located directly at a client site or within our global delivery network.

 

The Integration Analyst supports the Client Delivery Program Area activities such as status reports, meeting minutes, proposals and deliverable management.  This position is also responsible for supporting the Task Order Managers and Control Account Managers (CAMs) with meeting contractually required processes and procedures. In addition, this position is responsible for supporting ad-hoc client requirements and Program Integration activities. This position will support specific Task Order(s) with regards to scope, cost and schedule management as well as requirements for earned value management

 

Key responsibilities may include:

 

  • Supports Delivery Lead in all aspects of coordinating activities including preparation for the weekly status meetings and proposal support
  • Support the Solution Delivery team and assigned task order
  • Contribute as necessary to PMO activities of Solutions Delivery team and task order
  • Enforce PMO standards, procedures, and policies set forth by Contracts, CFM, and Program Control
  • Contribute as necessary to Program Integration activities as a member of the Program Integration team
  • Add value by identifying opportunities for process improvement or integration points between PMO, Task Order or Program Area data and operations  

 

Qualifications

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of PMO/IT experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 2 years of experience with MS Word and Excel including the use of templates, macros and style formatting.
  • 2 years of experience writing status reports or proposals or meeting minutes

 

Preferred skills

 

  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
  • Earned Value Management novice level knowledge

 

Professional skills

 

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams/others.
  • Effective Organization skills
