Qualifications

 

Basic Requirements

 

  • At least 1 year of Consulting Experience
  • At least 2 years of Care Management experience in Health Plan or Care Management Organization (UM, CM, DM, Wellness)

 

Preferred Skills

 

  • Deep experience with process design and documentation
  • Strong analytic skills (cost/benefit models, ROI models)
  • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project
  • Experience with Functional Specification Writing (Business Requirements)
  • Working knowledge of Care Management business processes (Utilization Management/UM, Case Management/CM, Condition/Disease Management/DM, Wellness)

 

Professional Skill Requirements

 

  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
