Qualifications

 

Basic Requirements

 

  • 3 years of Consulting Experience
  • 5 years of Operations Experience in Health Plan Utilization Management, Case Management or Disease/Condition Management departments
  • 5 years of Program Development and/or operations experience in Care Management organization (e.g., Healthways, Lifemasters)
  • 5 years of Care Management Clinical Workflow Tool experience (design, configure, implement, operate - e.g., MEDecision, Trizetto)

 

Preferred Skill

 

  • Strong Project Management (estimate, plan, track, manage projects)
  • Strong client presence (facilitation, presentation, relationship development)
  • Deep experience with process design and documentation
  • Strong analytic skills (cost/benefit models, ROI models)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project
  • Experience with Functional Specification Writing (Business requirements)
  • Deep knowledge and experience of Care Management business processes (Utilization Management/UM, Case Management/CM, Condition/Disease Management/DM, Wellness)
