JOB
DESCRIPTION:

Instruct and
supervises all CLIENT activities and its Sub contractors at all sites which his
in Area regarding the entire Safety task.

·        
DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Include the
following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for the safety at all the
sites in his area. To executed CLIENT infrastructures works at site with CLIENT
subcontractors, CLIENT employees with the HSE plan for each site and with ZERO
work accident. Work with the Customer site HSE officer; get all relevant data
regarding the safety and HSE. Prepare to each site HSE plan. Support each site
manager and his inspectors to executed CLIENT Safety plan. Inspects all CLIENT
sites activities works, tools and equipment and verify that it is done by the
safety regulations.  Report to CLIENT
area manager regarding any problems or issues that can affect the safety at the work site.

 Area manager and technical manager of the site. And CLIENT
Safety officer.

EDUCATION
and/or EXPERIENCE:

Master's
degree in Safety/Chemical/Industrial engineering and at least 4 -6 years of health & safety engineering experience in oil and gas companies/sites.

PERSONAL
ABILITIES:

In depended
and individual abilities, work under pressure, Ability to solve practical
problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations.  Ability to interpret a variety of
instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Driving
license.

PHYSICAL
DEMANDS:

The employee
must be able to handle long days in external  work sites and handle physical activity such as lifting

WORK
ENVIRONMENT:

While
performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to risk of
electrical shock. The employee is frequently exposed to high, precarious
places; and outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to
wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat. The noise level in the work
environment is usually and extreme loud.
