IVANS is looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as an Account Representative in our Stamford, CT office!
The Account Representative will be responsible for growing our Healthcare Provider customer base via phone-based sales and telemarketing. The ideal individual must be able to handle an average of 50 calls per day. In addition, the Account Representative will work as a team member with other IVANS employees, and will be expected to receive incoming calls and assist in routing calls to other departments as needed. Potential for commissions and bonuses based on sales performance.
Bachelors degree preferred and at least two years of previous experience in outside and/or inside sales desired. Strong selling and negotiation skills, as well as interpersonal and analytical skills, are required. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail orientation, responsiveness and follow through. Experience in the areas of data communications and telecommunications services, technology and Healthcare preferred. The ability to present business and technical material via web-based presentations is a plus. Knowledge of sales tracking systems (i.e. CRM) is also beneficial. Must effectively manage multiple priorities and a heavy workload, demonstrate initiative, and possess the ability to work effectively both independently as well as on a team.
