Arcadian Health Plan is expanding our Medical Economics Department, and we are seeking a recruiter with specific knowledge of Medical Economics and/or Finance
in the Managed Care Health Care Industry.
Arcadian Management Services is a medium-sized, stable healthcare organization dedicated to providing high-quality, cost-effective administrative infrastructure and management services to health care provider groups, hospitals and health plans who deliver Medicare and Medicaid services to rural communities.
Position Description:
The Position of Temporary Healthcare Finance Recruiter will interact with senior level management in Medical Economics to staff, on a perm basis, multiple medical econ requisitions ranging from Director Level to Actuarial and Data Analysis. This person will act as a functionary of Human Captial, and will follow the internal policies and procedures for the full cycle recruitment process as defined by Arcadian Management Services Human Capital Department.
You will need to have the ability to interpret requirements as written, and to interact with senior management to establish best fit requirements. Also, the ability to direct recruit is helpful with the more senior positions. This is a fast-paced, growing comapny and our work environments reflect that culture.
Requirements
1. 2 -3 Direct Experience in Managed Care/Healthcare Recruitment
2. 2-3 Years of Accounting and Finance Recruitment Experience
3. Big Agency Experience Preferred
4. Bachelor's Degree Preferred
