Being a Recruiter for JSI is a critical role in our organization, responsible for researching, sourcing, and recruiting top talent and providing solutions to our client’s critical staffing needs.

As a Recruiter, your primary job functions would include:

· Sourcing candidates via database and internet searches, direct recruiting, networking, and other various methods

· Identifying and qualifying candidates, completing detailed candidate data and highlight sheets, and completing candidate reference checks

· Utilizing available technology in order to uncover hidden talent and create an extensive pipeline of candidates

· Meeting goals and objectives on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

The desired qualifications for this position are:

· Track record of success in inside sales, business Development, Customer Service,  Staffing or Recruiting

· Advanced use of technology

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and exhibit a high sense of urgency

· Ability to build rapport quickly and easily, comfortable working with all levels of an organization
