As one of the Top 50 of America's Best Hospitals, this state-of-the-art facility located in Southern VA, is seeking a Customer Development Advisor.
This new position will be responsible for creating customer and market development strategies in support of the corporation's strategic plan.
Master's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
Will consider a Bachelor's in Business if in process of obtaining MBA with a minimum of 6 years experience in strategic marketing and/or business development
Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in strategic marketing and/or business development
Demonstrated proficiency analyzing customer databases and population health data and translating data into effective CRM strategies
Solid experience managing CRM platforms and related technology
Experience developing, implementing & managing strategic marketing plans, market analysis, financial analysis and budget planning across multiple business units
Experience in high technology marketing and digital marketing
Proven ability to elicit support and enthusiasm from corporate executives, managers, employees and supporting departments to effectively implement the corporate vision and mission through divisional or business specific units
Healthcare CRM experience highly preferred
