Our retained physician recruiting group, Merritt Hawkins and Associates is looking for self-motivated, business savvy sales professionals to drive new business and grow market share by marketing our suite of services to administrators and C-level executives within medical facilities in a given territory.

We work with highly educated, interesting clients, selling high-end medical consulting services for an industry leader and provide the highest quality of service. Our positions will be ideal for the non-traditional sales person; someone with the presence and sophistication to consult and close contracts in a fast-paced environment while managing relationships and maintaining a pipeline. This is a highly interactive sales opportunity, good deal of time spent on the telephone working with healthcare clients across the US.

Requirements:

*We are looking for polished, professional individuals, full of energy, with a strong drive for results. Ideal applicants will have 2 to 5 years of sales experience in a goal-driven environment.

*Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Consultants must be able to interact with clients and cultivate relationships both internally and externally.

* Proven, documented sales success as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

* Comfort doing business over the telephone. The majority of our opportunities focus on a national client base in an inside sales environment. The maximum travel would be 30%.

* Someone who can learn new information quickly and adapt. Our training program is the best in the business. We will teach you to be a consultant in this prestigious field.
