In your role as a recruiter, you will be working by phone on a daily basis with healthcare professionals who are actively seeking employment.
Specific medical recruiting or staffing experience is not necessary; however, the most successful candidates will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience within a sales and/or customer service/support environment and a college degree. You must be a proven team player that is ENERGETIC, RESULTS-ORIENTED and DRIVEN in order to be considered.
