Requirements:
This is an entry level position so the most important skill is Customer Service.
Basic computer hardware/software skills, PC and Operating Systems
Windows XP is the primary O/S
Microsoft Office is the software suite used
Desirable and Plus:
Computer Imaging (Symantec Ghost or a related product/s)
Experience:
One to two years recent experience
