Help Desk Analyst II The Help Desk Analyst will continue to develop help desk skills by applying existing technical and customer service skills and background, while learning and handling calls as clients' first point of contact to the service organization. The analyst will learn many aspects of the business through on-the-job training and mentoring. Responsibilities include troubleshooting software and hardware problems, escalating requests or trouble tickets to other groups within the support organization, and providing information and instructions when appropriate. All candidates must have excellent communication skills, and must be dependable (show up for work and on-time), must be proficient with the use of computers, have at least 12 months of computer troubleshooting experience, have excellent customer service skills.
