This position supports the requirements of an Army Help Desk and Directory Service located at Fort Belvoir, the Pentagon Telecommunications Center, or other designated location (currently the Pentagon Telecommunications Center).
The Help Desk operations consist of a centralized point for user assistance and services. Help Desk personnel provide first line assistance in troubleshooting and problem resolution required for the user to accomplish the assigned mission. Operations and Maintenance support are provided to both strategic and tactical level users. Help Desk staff develop and report metrics to identify trends and effectiveness.
Successful applicants will have the level of knowledge, skills, abilities, and aptitude in IT services to support the deliverables. Applicants must be able to fluently speak, read, and write English. An active Top Secret security clearance is required.
