Help Desk Analyst
Our client, a large public accounting firm in the loop, is seeking an information technology professional for its help desk. The successful candidate will provide general IT assistance within the IT team and firm and will be skilled in oral, written and interpersonal communication, basic keyboarding and organization. This position requires heavy overtime from January through April and the ability to work evenings on occasion and on short notice throughout the year.
Responsibilities:
· Provide first level support to in-house users by phone and in person
· maintain laptop and desktop computer equipment and inventory of same
· install and support mobile devices
· perform hardware and software installations
· conduct computer orientation for new employees
· maintain user accounts and passwords
· provide general IT assistance within the IT team and firm
Requirements:
- Windows
- Networked printer environment
- Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook
- Internet Explorer
- Windows Domain Administration Tools a plus
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderately complex hardware and software issues.
- Intermediate skill level on Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
