helpIT systems is a leading developer of data cleansing
and database deduplication technology, and is seeking a Help Desk Support
Analyst for its new Westchester office to support the growing demand for its products. The ideal applicant
will be an organized individual with good analytical skills, and have relevant
technical knowledge. The ability to work independently and be a self-starter is
a necessity.

Primary
responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient response to calls and emails for
  first and second level support, for customers, prospective customers evaluating
  our software and channel partners.
• Train
  clients to use the software, via web conferencing.
• Liaise with the development
  team for third level support.
• Utilize
  the help desk system to log issues, propose enhancements etc.
• Test and document changes made to
  the software.
• Develop
  customer facing training and support materials.

• Excellent written and
  oral communications skills, with good time management.

• Self-sufficient with
  good problem solving aptitude and attention to detail
• High level of PC
  literacy especially Windows.
• Experience with database
  management systems (SQL, Oracle, Access, etc.)
• Help desk experience
  ideal.
• Some programming experience
  is helpful.

  Bachelor’s degree required.
  

Compensation and Growth Potential:

This position offers competitive compensation
consisting of salary, health care and performance bonus.  Base salary for
this position is set at between $50k to $65k depending on experience and
