Position Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

·          Candidates for this position will be configuring, troubleshooting, and resolving desktop support problems in a Microsoft Windows environment

·          Technicians will be expected to resolve issues on the first call over 70% of the time.

·          Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and other Windows based applications

·          1-3 years of supporting Windows Operating Systems (Windows 2000/XP)

·          Experience with Remedy or other call tracking software is required

·          A Microsoft certification is required (MCP) in 2003 or more recent
