Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance for The Department of Justice end-users, who are experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies.



Document, report, and resolve technical issues with regards to basic network/desktop support, printers, Blackberrys, LAN cable drops, Laptops and Video Projectors. Takes ownership of issues thru resolution on all appropriate level requests. Categorize and prioritize service requests and enter all tickets into Remedy. Supports Windows Vista, Windows XP - HummingBird DM, Microsoft Office products, Corel Office Suite, Active Directory, Adobe Acrobat, etc. Experience with VPN using JSRA token access. Perform On-call Support on a rotational basis.
