Help Desk Analyst/Specialist

As an Investacorp Help Desk Specialist, your primary responsibilities would include performing diverse and various tasks related to the research, verification and resolution of inquiries generated by Investacorp reps/clients. Most common research is related to the application functionality, software installation, browser settings, reports, etc. Under general supervision, you may:

 

  • Research and resolve inquiries on securities transactions
  • Answering support desk phone calls /emails
  • Follow appropriate escalation procedures on complex inquiries
  • Liaison with various customer service/operations groups
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly status reports

 

Requirements:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent minimum
  • Currently live within 50 miles of Miami Lakes, Florida
  • Minimum one year help desk related work experience required
  • Basic PC skills (Microsoft applications)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound judgment and initiative to select and interpret data
  • Investment securities related experience and SQL is a plus
