About the Job

Escalade Sports, a sporting goods industry market share leader, recognized for its quality brand products, has an opportunity for a Help Desk Coordinator at its Evansville, Indiana location.


 


As key member of the IT support team, you will field phone calls and emails from computer users, ascertain the nature of the issue, formulate a diagnosis and assist the user through the resolution of hardware and software problems.


 


Successful applicants will combine at least two years of practical experience with a customer service attitude and a solid understanding of PC operating systems, network and wireless applications and Microsoft Office programs. This is an excellent ground floor opportunity for someone with proven expertise to help establish the role and function of the help desk and to establish overall PC support systems and policy.


 


Your IT experience will be supported by an associates degree in computer applications. Microsoft Systems Administrator Certification would be an asset. A competitive compensation and benefit package is provided.
