Description: Help Desk Coordinator III
Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Account Management of logins for 5 hospitals and over 50 clinics.
- Setting up and modifiying Policies and Procedures.
- Processing of Service Requests
- Production operations tasks and working with offsite group ensuring proper procedures are being followed.
- Serve as Liason between onsite customer and remote Helpdesk.
- Create and maintain scripts for new procedures.
- Provide guidance to local staff that support these functions.
- Collect and analyze tickets for SLA reporting.
Requirements: Help Desk Experience Yes 1 3-5 yrs
Customer Support (Competency) Yes 1 6-10 yrs
Additional Skill Requirements: We are looking for candidate that possesses leadership skills. The position will require someone that is coordinated, detail-oriented, and a fast learner. Must be diverse and able to handle complex situations and deal with individuals that have different personality types. Excellent communication skills (oral & written) are required. Bachelor's Degree perferred.
