Our direct client, who has been a leader for more than 25 years in providing innovative business intelligence solutions to the healthcare and life science industries, is seeking call center Customer Service Help Desk Representatives (CSR). With premier integration technologies, industry expertise and a business solutions approach, our client simplifies the business of healthcare and improves clinical trial efficiencies with a full range of solutions for disease management, predictive modeling, provider performance, quality improvement, fraud prevention and clinical trials.
SUMMARY:
The successful candidate will provide prompt and accurate inbound technical phone support ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to service level standards. This will include providing help desk assistance on a healthcare application to CMS, Center for Medicare Services. The ideal candidate will have superior communication skills and a strong customer service background with excellent oral and written skills. Candidates should be comfortable working in a computer-based environment, being desk-bound, and wearing a headset.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Call center experience REQUIRED
Superior analytical and problem solving skills required
Computer analytical background helpful
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Superior customer service skills
Excellent telephone skills
Ability to learn new applications quickly
Team oriented with ability to work well independently
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Prior inbound call center experience, preferably in a Help Desk capacity
Healthcare experience
College experience preferred
