Help Desk Project Engineer

About the Job

Job Description:

Duties of instructing, directing, and checking the work of other project engineers. Responsible for the completion of assigned engineering projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines. Leads a group of engineers, analysts, and/or technicians assigned for the duration of a project or may function as ongoing lead within a group of engineers associated with one or more technical areas within the telecom function (such as, but not limited to, network design, engineering, implementation, or operations/user support). 

Job responsibilities include:

Individual will be working with customers to facilitate the migration of user information.  They will be:
• Analyzing the information from customers to determine trends and formulate solutions to be coordinated within the team and betwee4n teams.
• Prepare plans for the resolution of complicated IT problems.

Job Requirements:

• US Citizenship and a Secret clearance, or the eligibility to acquire one.
• Three(3) years experience in computer systems and networks.  Demonstrated effective communication, listening, problem identification, resolution, and customer support skills. 
• Effective writing and speaking skills. 
• Ability to effectively interface with customers, assess their IT move requirements, and materially assist their IT move.
