Zoës Kitchen, a rapidly growing, fast-casual restaurant concept continues to expand, and we’re looking for talented leaders to join our team. We are currently seeking an I.T. Manager to who will be based at our Dallas Regional Office.
The IT Manager is responsible for providing technical support and management as it relates to technology for all restaurant systems, which includes, but is not limited to the Point of Sale and Back Office systems used by company owned and franchise locations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 – 3 Help Desk support for POS and Back Office computer systems
Provide Level 1 – 3 Help Desk support for all telephone systems at restaurants
Provide Level 1 - 3 Help Desk support for all internet systems at restaurants
Interface with Level 2 Help Desk support personnel for all partner vendors
Develop and maintain support documentation as it pertains to company-wide IT
Develop and maintain custom reports for company-wide data mining
Manage Zoes Kitchen IT Help Desk
Provide onsite management for POS installs at new and existing sites
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
5 - 7 years IT background, preferably in the restaurant industry. Other IT experience may substitute for direct restaurant experience or vice versa.
Open-minded and customer focused individual who keeps current with current IT and restaurant industry trends
Restaurant operations experience preferred
IT related degree preferred, but not required
Radiant/Aloha/Menulink systems experience preferred
Ability to travel when needed
Flexibilty required to be on call 24/7/365 via cell phone or computer
