Responsibilities include:
- Analyze and troubleshoot computer support problems and apply understanding to solve problems of users
- Test software and hardware to evaluate ease of use and determine if product will aid users in performing work
- Maintain equipment inventory
- Learn to use and support various systems
- Serves as liaison between end users and IT department regarding general IT issues.
Should be:
-Self-starter, highly organized and able to workwith minimum supervision.
-Adept to troubleshooting and able to deal effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Analytical and patient with technical details and strong customer service skills. Expert with Windows XP and Windows Vista support.
