We are currently seeking a Help Desk/Service Technician to support our growing thermal transfer, barcode printing Sales and Service operation. This individual will perform trouble shooting of software and hardware with customers primarily over the phone. Candidate will assist customers with systems installation and support, using our proprietary and/or third-party software applications. Position also provides desktop support for internal co-workers. Individual will also be responsible for preparation, testing, setup and repair of barcode printing hardware and software. Candidate will assist the sales department by consulting with prospective and existing customers in order to determine which solutions will best meet their needs and current capabilities. Research and develop new product lines. Individual will maintain an internal barcode printing service bureau. Barcode printing and/or thermal printer experience is a plus but NOT required. We will train the qualified candidate.
