Business Process Consultant – ITIL and Metrics Reporting (12-115)

Location: Phoenix/Chandler, Arizona Region – Zip code 85244

Security Clearance Eligibility: US Citizenship required - Clearable to Public Trust Security Clearance

·         Analyzes process and re-engineering, with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.

·         Designs, collects, and analyzes metrics to drive Continual Service Improvement (CSI)

·         Creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams.

·         Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts.

• Research, recommend, and apply process improvement, reengineering methodologies, and principles to conduct process modernization projects.
• Manage requirements collection projects and processes
• Identify and collect current and future functional requirement from agency members and coordinates project development with appropriate IT division
• Facilitate teams to accomplish project activities and objectives. 
• Key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts. 
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions
• Conducts cost benefit analysis for agency IT requirements
• Extensive knowledge of business process improvements methodologies

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field

·         4+ of years experience with ITIL and business process consulting

·         Must have 3 years of experience using the ITIL methodology

·         Familiarity with A R System (Remedy ) 7.x

• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Clearance

·         US Citizen

Desired:

·         Active Public Trust Clearance

·         ITIL Certification

·         HDI certification or similar

·         Project Management Certification (PMP)
