General Summary
Serves as a primary source of contact for all customers, both internal and external, providing technical support and customer service. This position is 2nd shift-Tuesday through Saturday 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Essential Job Functions
- Provides excellent customer service, assisting customers with such things as billing inquires, account changes, repair issues, new service requests as well as any other complaints
- Sets up telecom or CATV accounts
- Provides technical support to Internet users such as troubleshooting and problem solving
- Diagnosis and repair computers
Skills Necessary
- Problem solving
- Excellent communication, both oral and written
- Team player
- Detail oriented
- Strong technical skills both with equipment and software
- Previous technical experience required
