PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Denali is currently looking for Help Desk Technicians (Tier 1 and Tier 2) to join our dynamic, talented consulting team.  In these roles technicians will provide Level 1 and/or Level 2 technical phone/email support for our clients.  Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with exemplary customer service skills.


 


In this customer service driven role the Help Desk Technicians will provide phone and email support to internal employees in a call center environment.  Must have good understanding of Linux OS and  understanding of Windows NT/2000/XP OS, Internet Browser, and Office 2000/2003, basic desktop application such as Adobe Acrobat, Antivirus software, messenger, and wireless connectivity. Must be able to troubleshoot issues that end users may have.  The analyst will support end users with software and hardware issues and must be able to effectively analyze, troubleshoot, research, resolve, track, and when necessary escalate issues.  Must be very detail oriented and able to effectively and accurately document various technical issues utilizing a call tracking tool such as Magic or Remedy. 


 


 


REQUIREMENTS:


Minimum of 2-3  years Help Desk experience required.  To be considered should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.  An AA degree in an IT related field strongly preferred. An A+, MCDST, MCP, CSS and/or MCSE Certifications are desired but not required.
