APEX Systems, Inc. is currently seeking a Helpdesk Analyst for our client, a worldwide technology services and solutions company.
Responsibilities:
The Helpdesk Analyst will be responsible for handling inbound calls pertaining to hardware and software diagnosis and repair. The technical products that are being supported are mainly hardware related. Candidates must have experience in troubleshooting hardware, as well as working with Windows Operating Systems (CE), Point-of-sales (POS) systems, and computer tablets.
Other required Technical Skills: Helpdesk technical support, Microsoft Windows CE, Hardware troubleshooting, wireless networking, MOM Feature Packs, SQL Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, SQL, ODBC. *Bilingual a plus!
