The Helpdesk Operator provides support to end users on a variety of issues, primarily in the Windows desktop/server area. He/She identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems, and documents and monitors problems to ensure a timely resolution.

· Microsoft Office 2003 Suite and Outlook 2003
· Experience with Windows 2000 and XP
· Knowledge of Exchange and Internet Explorer
· Basic networking skills (DHCP, DNS)
· Systematic troubleshooting skills
· Experienced with Helpdesk Ticketing Software
