Helpdesk/PC Technician - MS Windows, PC Desktop Support
Helpdesk/PC Technician Volt is looking for candidates with experience in helpdesk and ticket tracking, and installing hardware, software and peripheral components, such as, monitors, keyboards, printers, disk drives, etc. The Helpdesk/PC Technician will be responsible for isolating and resolving hardware and software related problems, and coordinating efforts with Project Lead. Heavy documentation of all tasks and superior customer service skills are mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of commonly used distributed systems services (Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc). This is a contract position with possible temp to hire opportunity through Volt Technical Resources - a division of a Fortune 1000 publicly traded Staffing Industry Leader, located in Spokane Valley, WA.
