Helpdesk Analyst - Part-time
Emergint Technologies is seeking a Part-time Helpdesk Analyst to join our Atlanta, GA team. The successful candidate will provide support to at FORSCOM, Ft. McPherson. The successful candidate MUST possess a current / active Secret Security Clearance.
Position Responsibilities:
· Respond to and diagnose problems through discussion with users
· Provide second-tier support to end-users for PC, server, mainframe applications, and hardware.
· MUST possess a current / active Secret Security Clearance
· Ability to resolve problems that are not solved by the first-tier of help desk support
· Interaction with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem
· Must be able to recognize and identify problems, research, isolation, and resolution steps
· Maintains currency and highest level of technical skill in field of expertise
· Escalates more complex problems to senior level.
Educational Requirements:
BS/BA
