We are looking for bright, energetic, hard working helpdesk support technicians who enjoy working in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidates will be customer oriented, posses excellent organizational and communication skills and have great attention to detail.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years prior technical support experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems
- Ability to follow through and document issues and resolutions
- Solid Windows 2000/Windows XP knowledge
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Strong Work Ethic
Responsibilities Include:
- Internal Customer Service Support
- Configuring PC’s for network deployment
- Troubleshooting General PC\Network Problems
- Route or escalate requests to appropriate functional teams
- Complete all other tasks as assigned
Education and Training
A+, N+ or equivalent. Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience or certifications will be considered.
