About the Job
Marietta based systems integrator seeks a Helpdesk Support Specialist. The successful candidate must have a can do attitude, eagerness to learn, customer service skills and excellent communication skills. Candidate will also have technical expertise in the following areas.
Windows XP/Vista
Office 2003/2007
Additionally, experience with the following is also helpful.
Autonomy iManage
Elite
Rightfax
Blackberries
Active directory and Exchange administration
The position is an onsite position supporting one of our customers in the Atlanta area almost exclusively. Primary responsibilities are to provide first tier tech support to the end users.
