Title: Helpdesk Technician

- This is 100% phone support.
- Basic (6 months) computer trouble shootings skills required.
- Supporting Windows for brokers across the country.
- Must have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills and "presentable".
- Business attire is required.
- 30 day "boot camp" will be taught everything they need to know technically.
- Average number of calls per day per person is 30.
