High-Rise Condominium Association Manager
Las Vegas, Nevada
Primary Responsibility: On site general management for a new luxury 670-unit, twin-tower, high-rise condominium development in Las Vegas, commencing December 1, 2009. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of building management, advising the homeowners association Board of Directors in making responsible business decisions, managing vendors and supervising staff. The staff will include an associate, an assistant, concierge staff, and engineering / maintenance staff.
