My client in Western PA has extensive experience in a variety of areas including pavement and materials, bridges, construction inspection, training, research, QA/QC programs, expert witness testimony and construction.

They have an immediate opening for a full-time HighwayDesign Engineer working in the design department on a variety of ongoing Federal, State, and Commercial projects.

Selected candidate will:

• Perform technical assignments for highway design projects

• Perform related research, design and analysis on highway design projects

• Determine client requirements and manage project deliverables

• Perform field and site visits as needed

• Attend conferences, client meetings and project meetings as required

• Assist with the preparation of proposals and project reports

Minimum requirements:

• Professional Engineer license

• B.S. in Civil Engineering

• Must have PennDOT experience

• Proficiency in Bentley Microstation V8
