Our management positions range from Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Pet Care Manager, Presentation Manager, Support Manager, Salon Manager to Pet Products Manager.  While each manager has specific responsibilities, every manager is responsible for exceptional customer service, employee retention and satisfaction, adhering to pet care standards, merchandising, and providing Total Lifetime Care to each pet and their pet parent. 

Essential Job Functions:

·  Ensuring the health and safety of the pets in our care

·  Develop your team: Coaching, Training, etc.

·  Coordinate, execute, and help in getting product on to the floor in a timely manner

·  Ensure Positive Customer Experience

Minimum Requirements:

·        High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred

·        Comfortable operating various systems including:  Microsoft Office, Payroll, SAP, etc.

·        Previous retail & management experience
