

Primary responsibilities include management of homeowner property claims. Provide customer service to claimants and insureds, investigate claims, take recorded statements, determine liability, set reserves and make claim payments. The position may also include the handling of personal property contents claims. Travel could potentially be involved, depending upon location of loss.
Required Skills:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience. Previous Homeowner claims adjusting experience is preferred. Knowledge of the claims process, including claim investigation, evaluation of damages, negotiation and settlement of claims is required. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required. Strong customer service and problem solving skills are essential. Strong desk management skills are also required. Bilingual skills a plus.
