Large established Home Healthcare Company is currently seeking an experienced Healthcare Registered Nurse Manager in Las Cruces, NM.  Responsibilities will include:

• Manage clinical associates and ensure clinical excellence
• Interpret standards, company policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with external regulatory authorities and ensure that clinical associate documentation meets standards.
• Conduct or delegate the assessment and reassessment of patients
• Coordinate communication between clinical team and physicians to ensure the appropriateness of care and outcome planning. Ensure compliance with third party requirements
