Seeking Homeowners Insurance CSR for our P&C Insurance Agency located in Plantation, FL
Immediate Opening - 1+ yrs. Homeowners Insurance experience required. Responsibilties include:

Coordination of Homeowners Insurance Renewals through extensive oral/written contact with mortgage companies and insureds

Comprehension of Escrow Accounts, including procedural record maintenance requirements, renewal procedures and payment coordination (i.e., issuance of check requests and payment instructions) by mortgage companies

Coordination and daily follow-up with insureds regarding Annual Premiums and/or Additional Premiums due for prevention of policy expiration and/or cancellation

Preparation of correspondence to insureds, insurance companies and mortgage companies in connection with existing insurance policies

Familiarity with Refinancing requirements of mortgage companies and title companies, including calculation and coordination of payments due, preparation of Endorsements, and preparation of Evidence of Insurance notices to all appropriate parties in connection therewith prior to Closing

Daily contact with insureds for the obtaining of time-sensitive information (i.e., photos, signatures) as required by insurance companies, including coordination thereof, to prevent lapse, cancellation or generation of additional premium

Preparation and mailing of all Expiration and Cancellation letters in a timely fashion

Management of Homeowners Insurance Client Database on QuickFile System, including daily updating of policy/insured information as necessary

Preparation of policy Endorsements, including forwarding the same to all appurtenant parties, updating records management and tracking updated Declaration Pages for accuracy of requested change(s)

Management of Homeowner Files, including coordination & upkeep of current policies and notices therein, documenting all client-related telephone calls, & updating client contact information
