Currently, this health care organization is seeking a Hospice Director, an RN who will provide leadership and supervision in the coordination of patient care within this special service. The Director will establish and implement policies, goals and procedures for nursing, evaluate personnel performance and work systems, provide clinical and technical expertise as needed and ensure that care if provided in a safe and cost-effective manner. This position also provides the coordination of performance improvement activities for the agency, monitoring implementing, and evaluating processes and programs to meet regulatory and standards of practice. Will liaison to community and coordinate organizations to advance the work of the Hospice.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a WA State RN license (or be eligible for applicable transfer of license from another US state), a driver's license in good standing. BSN required, MSN preferred with 3-5 years in Hospice required. 3 years leadership/supervisory experience in a health-related field is required.
